NSI koopt Utrechts kantoorpand
NSI heeft een kantoorgebouw in Utrecht gekocht voor 15,25 miljoen euro, exclusief transactiekosten. Dit maakte het vastgoedfonds woensdagochtend bekend.
Het betreft het pand Sypesteyn, met 8 verdiepingen aan het Jaarbeursplein 22, naast het Centraal Station.
Momenteel levert het gebouw een jaarhuur op van 1,1 miljoen euro. De bezettingsgraad is 71 procent.
Op middellange termijn zal NSI het pand vermoedelijk herontwikkelen.
