Tweede schadeclaim SNS Reaal

De bekende activistische aandeelhouder Frans Faas gaat de rechtmatigheid aanvechten van de nationalisatie van de achtergestelde SNS-obligaties. Dit schrijft het Financieele Dagblad maandag.

Faas heeft hiertoe een Stichting Obligatiehouders SNS opgericht. Gedupeerden kunnen in de toekomst daarvoor de website bezoeken op sosns.nl.

Naast de Vereniging van Effectenbezitters is dit het tweede initiatief om schade te verhalen vanwege de nationalisatie van SNS Reaal.

De stichting bekritiseert het feit dat de Nederlandsche Bank in december nog toestemming gaf aan SNS Reaal om achtergestelde participatiecertificaten af te lossen.
