Licht hoger prijspeil Italië

De consumentenprijzen in Italië zijn in augustus gestegen. Dit bleek maandag uit voorlopige cijfers van het Italiaanse statistiekbureau Istat.
De prijzen stegen afgelopen maand zowel op maandbasis als op jaarbasis met 0,2 procent. Ook in juli steeg het prijspeil op jaarbasis met 0,2 procent.
De kerninflatie, dat wil zeggen exclusief energie en voedsel, bedroeg in augustus 0,7 procent. In juli was dit nog 0,8 procent.
