Shell vindt gas voor kust West-Afrika

Royal Dutch Shell heeft gas gevonden voor de Afrikaanse kust. Dit maakte de oliereus woensdag bekend.
Shell vond gas voor de kust van Gabon in West-Afrika. De bron Leopard-1, waarin Shell een belang van 75 procent heeft, bevat volgens oliereus een "substantiële" hoeveelheid gas.
Shell en zijn partners zullen de gasvondst verder onderzoeken.
