In totaal kocht Kardan voor 50 miljoen euro aan schulden terug.

Kardan heeft de terugkoop van schulden die genoteerd staan op de beurs van Tel Aviv afgerond. Dit maakte de aan Amsterdam genoteerde onderneming voorbeurs bekend.

Kardan divisie GTC Real Estate Holding startte medio juli met het terugkopen van schulden voor een totaal bedrag van 50 miljoen euro. In totaal werden 211,9 miljoen Debentures Series A en 120,2 miljoen Debentures Series B teruggekocht.

De programma van terugkopen van schulden resulteerde in een ratingverlaging door Standard & Poor's.
