Bedrijf plaatst voor 218 miljoen dollar en 25 miljoen euro aan senior notes.

Nutreco heeft bij vijftien institutionele beleggers onderhands obligaties geplaatst, bedoeld om bestaande bankschulden af te lossen en voor algemene bedrijfsdoeleinden. Dat meldt Nutreco vanochtend.

Het gaat om 218 miljoen dollar aan senior notes met een gemiddelde rente van 3,7 procent. De lening bestaat uit tranches van vijf, zeven en tien jaar. Daarnaast plaatste Nutreco 25 miljoen euro aan 7-jaars notes.
