AMG betaalt 31,92 euro voor de resterende aandelen in Graphit Kropfmühl.

AMG gaat de resterende aandelen Graphit Kropfmühl die het niet in handen heeft via een uitrookprocedure overnemen. Dat meldde AMG dinsdag nabeurs. AMG, dat 93,59 procent van het uitstaande kapitaal in Graphit Kropfmühl bezit, betaalt voor de resterende aandelen 31,92 euro in contanten per stuk.
