De aftredende Noy van Arcadis wordt door BAM voorgesteld als nieuwe commissaris. Twee huidige commissarissen treden af.

Twee commissarissen van BAM treden bij de eerstvolgende aandeelhoudersvergadering af. J.A. Dekker en W.K. Wiechers zien hun benoemingstermijn aflopen en treden per 25 april af. De centrale ondernemingsraad heeft al laten weten H.L.J. Noy te willen voordragen als commissaris. Noy is op dit moment nog bestuursvoorzitter van Arcadis, maar treedt daar in mei af. De raad van commissarissen kan zich "van harte" vinden in het voorstel van de ondernemingsraad om Noy voor te dragen.
