ASMi lost obligaties af

ASMi gaat uitstaande converteerbare obligaties aflossen. Dit maakt bedrijf actief in de halfgeleidersector maandag bekend.
ASMi oefent het recht uit om op 27 november alle uitstaande senior ongedekte converteerbare obligaties met een coupon van 6,5 procent af te lossen.
Obligatiehouders kunnen hun recht uitoefenen om tot uiterlijk 20 november de obligaties om te zetten in gewone aandelen.
De hoofdsom van de obligaties bedraagt 150 miljoen euro en de conversieprijs is 16,53 euro.
